Noah Manglapus is a Filipino-American filmmaker currently based in Upstate New York, specializing in crafting bizarre, colorful, and unique genre films with heart, humor, and blood.

His work as a director has been featured at the Anomaly Film Festival in Rochester and the prestigious Yale Student Film Festival, among others. His work as a cinematographer has been featured in multiple award-winning short films.

He holds a BFA in Cinema and Screen Studies from SUNY Oswego. And presently works in film and advertising while continuing to craft unique and beautiful nightmares.
